Your email should include the following:

Returns without prior approval via email will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
LAMBENT will cover return or exchange shipping costs only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Failed Delivery Due to Customer Error:
